How long does delivery take, and what is the cost?

Is a signature required upon delivery of my order?

upon delivery. All orders are delivered by UPS. If no one is available to sign
for the package, the courier will make two (2) delivery attempts contacting the
consignee. If no one is available to sign for the package and if after 5 days
there is no direct communication, the package will be returned to the sender.
How can I track my order?

You may track the delivery of your order by using the tracking
number provided by the courier. You will find the tracking number for your
order either in “Purchase History” within your profile or in the shipping
