How do I shop on Aquazzura.com?

We are committed to providing you with the best possible service every time you shop with Aquazzura. Here is how to proceed with your shopping experience:

1. Use the navigation menu found at the top left of each page. Simply click on the relevant section to open a drop-down menu, and then click on the links to visit the different categories. You will find subcategories to further narrow your search and help you locate exactly what you are looking for.

2. If you are looking for a specific item, you may use our search box in order to locate products by size, colour, heel height, occasion or the model name.

3. When you have made your selection, choose your size and click on "add to shopping bag".

4. You can decide to proceed directly to checkout, or to continue browsing our website. Please note that placing an item in the shopping bag does not guarantee it is reserved.

How do I know my size?

Aquazzura’s shoes are measured with standard Italian sizing. To help you find the right size, take a look at our Size Guide on the product description page. It provides information on global sizing and their conversions.

How do I place an order?

Once you are ready to complete your purchase, review the shopping bag and then click "Checkout" to be led through the checkout process and complete your transaction.

The total amount of the order that you see on the first page of the shopping bag will be the exact amount for which you will be charged minus the shipping costs and the sales tax when applicable.

To complete your order, you must enter your delivery details in the Shipping page and then insert either your Credit or Debit Card information on the Payment page, alternatively you can choose to pay with Paypal.

Order details can be reviewed one final time on the order confirmation page. Please note that once an order is completed, it cannot be modified in any way. You can view the total amount to be debited in the third step “Check your order”.

Your purchase is complete once you receive an e-mail confirming your order. A second email will be sent with a tracking number once the purchase has been shipped.

How many products may I purchase on Aquazzura.com?

You can purchase up to a maximum of six items per order, of which only two pairs may be of the same article.

How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?

All countries are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email through our contact us procedure as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase will be cancelled or modified.

If you have received your order and you are not pleased with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

1. You can exercise the right of withdrawal without any motivation within 15 (fifteen) days of the date of delivery;
2. Please refer to Aquazzura’s return instructions included with your shipment;
3. Once we receive your returned item, and it is accepted, we will process a refund as requested. Please consult our legal area for further terms and conditions of our return policy.

What is the function «Notify me»?

We offer our clients the opportunity to create an email notification for items that are currently in production or that are no longer available and are coming back in stock.

In order to receive a message for future availability of a product, click the button ‘Notify me,’ complete the required fields and submit. You will be placed on a priority waiting list and be among the first to receive a notification via email when the item becomes available again. Our Customer Care will also search for the item as it may also be available immediately in our warehouse or in one of our boutiques and could be redirected to the E-Commerce availability for your purchase.

This procedure does not grant you any booking rights with regard to any relevant product. Once you receive the notification email you will need to complete the standard online procedure in order to purchase your desired product while it is still available.

What is the function «Order by phone»?

Our site offers a fast delivery or pick-up service in the cities in which our Boutiques are located in order to reduce the time of transit to our clients. You will be able to see the stock available for each model in our Boutique and place an order via phone directly to them in the city you are located. You will be able to call by pressing the telephone icon on our site for mobile phones, or by calling the number that appears when pressing the telephone icon on the desktop version of our site. Our staff will take your order, verify availability and then proceed with the payment. The merchandise will be shipped the same day in which the purchase is confirmed.

Can I have my item delivered to a store?

Yes. Aquazzura offers you the possibility to pick up the items you ordered online for FREE in a boutique.
After selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout, select "Pickup Points" and choose which boutique you'd like to have your order delivered to.
We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the Aquazzura store of your choice.

To pick up the order please bring with you:
  • valid ID
  • a copy of the order confirmation email


If someone is collecting the parcel on your behalf, please ensure they have:
  • a copy of your ID
  • valid ID of the person collecting
  • a printed copy of the order confirmation email


If the package is not picked up within 10 days of delivery to the boutique, it will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue a refund.

Orders picked up in store can be returned within 15 days, like all online purchases, by filling in the online retun form.

At the moment the service is available in the following stores:

Can I return an item that I bought online to a Aquazzura store?

Yes. You may return products purchased online on Aquazzura.com at no charge in any of our Aquazzura stores list. Purchases can be returned within 15 days from delivery. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Before going to any of our Aquazzura stores please fill in the online retun form.

Please follow the steps below:
 
  1. Sign into your account and proceed to “Orders”, please select the order you wish to return.
  2. Click on the box left to the shoe you want to return in order to activate the return button.
    Please be aware that the status of your order needs to be received. If the status is processing, please contact our Customer Care.
  3. Select the motivation of the return, write a quick message and press submit in order to receive an email with your RMA number and your Return label, these documents are required for your return parcel.
  4. Go only to our Aquazzura stores (listed below)

Return shipping is free of charge if you use any Aquazzura stores and if you follow these simple steps:

  • Fill out the online Return Form in order to receive the appropriate Return Code for your order and place it inside the original box.
  • Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box.
  • Properly close the shipping parcel.
  • Print and place inside the sticker bag the UPS return label that you will receive online after receipt of the Return Authorization Number (RMA).
  • Go to any Aquazzura stores within 15 (fifteen) days from return authorization.

The refund will be issued straight after the return has been accepted directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase and in the same currency.

Can I pick up my order at a UPS Access Point?

Yes. After selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout, select "Pickup Points" and choose the nearest UPS Access Point. you'd like to have your order delivered to. Enter a town, postal code or an address on the map that appears to choose the nearest UPS Access Point. We will send you an email just as soon as the package is available at the UPS Access Point that you have selected.

To pick up the order please bring with you:
  • valid ID
  • a copy of the order confirmation email
