What is your return policy?

Before requesting a return please make sure the products comply with the following conditions, in accordance with Aquazzura General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

₋ The products must be in their unused original condition, with all labels, leaflets and any special  packaging and accessories included. Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.
₋ The products must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
₋ The return must be requested within 15 (fifteen) days from delivery of the order.
₋ The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 15 (fifteen) days from return authorization.
₋ The parcel can only be returned from the original shipping Country.
₋ The products were purchased online on Aquazzura.com and not in Aquazzura Boutiques.

Aquazzura reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

If you request a return via our Customer Care after our 15 (fifteen) day policy period has terminated and it is accepted, we will reactivate the online return procedure.

How do I return an item?

We have created a very straightforward return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable.

Please note exchanges are not possible at this time.

Return shipping is free of charge if you use our courier UPS and if you follow these simple steps:

Fill out the online Return Form in order to receive the appropriate Return Code for your order and place it inside the original box.
Place the sticker bag found inside the original package on one of the sides.
Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box.
Properly close the shipping parcel.
Print and place inside the sticker bag the UPS return label that you will receive online after receipt of the Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Contact UPS to organize pick up within 15 (fifteen) days from return authorization (click “Contact UPS” at the bottom left of the screen for your local number) or leave the package at a UPS drop-off location.

If the return is accepted the refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned item(s) and the original shipping costs.

With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in the USA. 

If you decide to return using a different delivery service, costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through “Returns” in your account or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the printed label.

All orders placed create an account with an auto-generated password with which you can access your tracking information, this can be found in the confirmation email.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?

On receipt of the parcel, we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return. This may take up to 3 working days after being received.

The refund will be issued straight after the return has been accepted directly to the Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase and in the same currency.

We estimate that your account will be properly credited in approximately one week from when we request the refund. However, this also depends on the required time from the customer’s bank procedures and policies. You will receive an email confirming the issuance of the credit as well as the total refunded sum, which includes the full price of the returned item(s) as well as the shipping costs if applicable in accordance with Aquazzura General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Where can I find my return form?

Purchases can be returned within 15 days from delivery by following the steps below:

1. Sign into your account and proceed to “Orders”, please select the order you wish to return.
2. Click on the box left to the shoe you want to return in order to activate the return button.
Please be aware that the status of your order needs to be received. If the status is processing, please contact our Customer Care.
3. Select the motivation of the return, write a quick message and press submit in order to receive an email with your RMA number and your Return label, these documents are required for your return parcel.
4. Book a pick-up with UPS by contacting the number shown in the link “Contact UPS”.

Can I return an item that I bought online to a Aquazzura store?

Yes. You may return products purchased online on Aquazzura.com at no charge in any of our Aquazzura stores list. Purchases can be returned within 15 days from delivery. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

Before going to any of our Aquazzura stores please fill in the online retun form.

Please follow the steps below:
 
  1. Sign into your account and proceed to “Orders”, please select the order you wish to return.
  2. Click on the box left to the shoe you want to return in order to activate the return button.
    Please be aware that the status of your order needs to be received. If the status is processing, please contact our Customer Care.

  4. Go only to our Aquazzura stores (listed below)

Can I return an item that I bought online to a UPS Access Point?

Yes. You may return products purchased online on Aquazzura.com within 15 days from delivery at no charge in any of UPS Access Point close to you. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
