We have created a very straightforward return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience more enjoyable.
Please note exchanges are not possible at this time.
Return shipping is free of charge if you use our courier UPS and if you follow these simple steps:
• Fill out the online Return Form in order to receive the appropriate Return Code for your order and place it inside the original box.
• Place the sticker bag found inside the original package on one of the sides.
• Prepare the items you wish to return in the original order box.
• Properly close the shipping parcel.
• Print and place inside the sticker bag the UPS return label that you will receive online after receipt of the Return Authorization Number (RMA).
• Contact UPS to organize pick up within 15 (fifteen) days from return authorization (click “Contact UPS” at the bottom left of the screen for your local number) or leave the package at a UPS drop-off location.
If the return is accepted the refund you will receive will include both the costs of returned item(s) and the original shipping costs.
With our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse in the USA.
If you decide to return using a different delivery service, costs will be at your expense and we will not be able to accept liability for lost or damaged returns.
Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you. You may keep track of the return status through “Returns” in your account or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the printed label.
All orders placed create an account with an auto-generated password with which you can access your tracking information, this can be found in the confirmation email.
